Groupon (GRPN) Volatility Drops as Shares Slump to Lowest Level Since IPO

Groupon (Nasdaq: GRPN) volatility is in negative territory as shares continue to melt lower on the session. Investors and traders might be looking to Facebook (Nasdaq: FB) and its continued stock weakness on this one. Shares of Facebook, notably, are over 3 percent lower on the session, now below the $27 price level.

Volatility for Groupon is down nine percent to 10 percent, indicating the move isn't causing too much excitement.

Shares are 6.7 percent lower on the session to the lowest point since its IPO last year. There may be some support at $9, as the stock touched $9.02 earlier in the session.
