Chesapeake (CHK) put volatility more expensive than calls

Chesapeake (NYSE: CHK) is recently up 6c to $16.99 in the premarket. July call option implied volatility is at 64. Puts at 69, October calls at 68, puts at 75; above its 26-week average of 53 according to Track Data. Puts trading at more expensive option implied volatility than calls suggests shares are difficult to borrow.
