CSX (CSX) options expected to be active as shares gap up on activist interest

CSX Corp. (NASDAQ: CSX) January call option implied volatility is at 34, February is at 24; compared to its 52-week range of 20 to 40 into the Wall Street Journal reported that outgoing Canadian Pacific (CP) CEO Hunter Harrison is joining forces with activist investor and ex-Pershing Square partner Paul Hilal in an effort to "shake up" at the company.
