Wells Fargo initiates coverage on Strayer Education (NASDAQ: STRA) with a Market Perform. PT range $86-$99.

Analyst, Trace A. Urdan, said, "The company has responded aggressively to market conditions by offering scholarships to attractive prospects and very effectively increasing its outreach to corporate sponsors and community colleges. But we believe the stock is fully priced and suspect estimates may not completely reflect all of the costs involved with these initiatives. Our 2012 and 2013 EPS estimates are $6.71 and $7.37, respectively."
