UPDATE - UBS initiates coverage on THQ (Nasdaq: THQI) with a Neutral rating. PT $4.45.
UBS analyst says, "We believe THQ has properly realigned its cost structure with a focus on fewer/higher quality titles. However, we prefer to remain on the sidelines due to a lack of near-term catalysts in addition to stagnation in the packaged goods game industry. We expect FY11 revenue of $820MM (-8% Y/Y). We remain concerned about the fighting genre and predict a soft holiday launch of WWE SmackDown! vs. Raw."
