UPDATE - Barclays initiates coverage on Weight Watchers (NYSE: WTW) with an Overweight rating. PT $92.
Analysts, Meredith Adler & Brian Wang, said, "WTW has many initiatives under way which should drive strong growth for at least the next several years: growing the online business, advertising to men for the first time, remodeling and relocating stores, increasing its business to business (B2B) division, developing innovative new products, and expanding internationally. In addition, WTW's business model generates high returns and high margins while operating with negative working capital and low capital expenditure requirements."
Barclays analyst admit being a lot more bullish on WTW relative to other Wall Street firms/analysts.
