UBS initiates coverage on Stewart Enterprises (NASDAQ: STEI) with a Buy. PT $8.50.
Analyst, A.J. Rice, said, "With more than $500 million in revenue, STEI is the second largest provider of death care services in the U.S...The number of deaths has been flat to modestly down for most of the last decade in the death care industry. Despite the sluggish case volumes STEI has generated strong free cash flow that has been used to retire debt, buy back stock, make small acquisitions and fund a cash dividend. STEI’s current leverage is as low as it has been in 15 years; FCF yield is 12.75%, and dividend yield is 2.3%."
