Susquehanna Starts Praxair Inc. (PX) at Neutral, Price Target $100

Susquehanna initiates coverage on Praxair Inc. (NYSE: PX) with a Neutral rating and a price target of $100. The firm also placed EPS estimates for FY10 and FY11 of $4.73 and $5.35. The firm feels that "Praxair's 2010 EPS is on track to exceed their 2008 record despite volumes that are still below pre-recession levels in all end markets but electronics."

The firm states that, "Praxair's business mix, geographic density strategy, and intense focus on productivity have led to the highest and most consistent earnings growth and the highest return-on-capital in the industrial gases sector."
