Susquehanna initiates coverage on Genpact Limited (NYSE: G) with a Neutral, saying stock fairly valued at current level.
Susquehanna analyst says, "We believe G offers investors an innovative BPO model. However, we are concerned about relatively high levels of customer and vertical concentration, offset by good geographic diversification. Robust revenue growth has accrued to the company as it has penetrated new verticals; however, we are concerned that any slowdown in revenue growth would have an outsized impact to the operating margin."
