Soleil Securities initiates coverage on Windstream (NYSE: WIN) with a Buy. Price target $10.50
Soleil analyst says, "Offering both value and yield, we believe the current dividend yield of 12% and free cash flow yield of roughly 19% offer a compelling entry-point and should provide downside support. Well-positioned to generate favorable free cash flow and maintain a payout ratio of roughly 60%-70%. In our opinion, WIN has a strong management team and can benefit from industry consolidation by either targeting accretive acquisitions or being acquired."
