RBC Capital Starts L-3 Communications (LLL) at Sector Perform

RBC Capital initiates coverage on L-3 Communications (NYSE: LLL) with a Sector Perform rating and a price target of $159.00.

Analyst Matthew McConnell commented, "L3 is the lowest margin defense prime, generating belowaverage growth that we expect to continue through 2018. We believe its margins are structurally lower than those of its defense peers, and that there is only turnaround potential in Vertex (12% of sales). We see the shares as close to fairly valued, and initiate with a Sector Perform rating."
