Oppenheimer initiates coverage on VocalTec Communications (NASDAQ: CALL) with a Outperform rating and $24 price target, suggesting 39% upside.

The firm expect magicJack to further expand its range of devices and services and to see sustained revenue/EPS growth of 20%+ per year, helped by price increases and improved distribution. They also said the company is is well positioned in the ongoing transition to cloud and increasing broadband penetration bodes well for its future growth.
