Deutsche Bank downgrades W-H Energy Services (NYSE: WHQ) from Buy to Hold but raises their price target from $83 to $99. The downgrade is due to the recent announcement that WHQ has agreed to be acquired by Smith International (NYSE: SII). The firm believes a higher offer is possible but unlikely.
Friedman Billings Ramsey downgrades Citrix Systems (Nasdaq: CTXS) from Outperform to Market Perform. The firm also lowered its price target from $43 to $37.
