National Health Investors, Inc., (NYSE: NHI) announced today that it will pay a fourth quarter dividend of $0.55 per common share, or $2.20 annualized.
The dividend is payable on January 29, 2010, to shareholders of record on December 31, 2009. The ex-dividend date is December 29, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 7.3%.
