Fifth Street Finance Corp. (NYSE: FSC) 11% LOWER; today announced that its Board has approved a 24% reduction in its quarterly dividend from $0.33 to $0.25 per common share. The dividend will be payable on June 25 to shareholders of record on May 26.

Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. (NYSE: ETP) 5.3% LOWER; has commenced a public offering of 7,500,000 common units representing limited partner interests, with a 30-day option for the underwriters to purchase up to an additional 1,125,000 common units. Net proceeds from the offering will be used by ETP to fund capital expenditures, and capital contributions to joint venture entities, related to pipeline construction projects, as well as for general partnership purposes.
Intel Corporation (Nasdaq: INTC) 4.7% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.11, 8 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Cabot Microelectronics Corporation (Nasdaq: CCMP) 4.4% LOWER; announced today that the global economic environment continued to adversely affect the company's financial results in its Q2.
