(Nasdaq: ICGN) 35.1% LOWER; reported that in a proof-of-concept, Phase IIa exercise-induced asthma study, senicapoc failed to demonstrate improvement in the primary study endpoints, including maximum decrease in FEV1, time to recovery of FEV1 after exercise and area under the FEV1 curve for sixty minutes.

AMCORE Financial (NASDAQ: AMFI) 32.8% LOWER; reports Q3 loss of $6.81, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.96). Revenue for the quarter was $34.70 million, which compares to the estimate of $43.36 million.

Independent Bank Corporation (NASDAQ: IBCP) 28.4% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.74, 61 cents worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.13).

Hiland Partners (Nasdaq: HLND) 26% HIGHER; Harold Ham raised its merger offer to $10/share.

Tandy Brands Accessories Inc. (Nasdaq: TBAC) 23.1% HIGHER; reports Q4 loss of $0.13, cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.13). Revenue for the quarter was $29.80 million, which compares to the estimate of $29.84 million. Sees Q1 revs of 37.3m, and Q1 EPS $0.11 to $0.17.

Carter's (NYSE: CRI) 22.6% LOWER; delayed the filing of its Q3 results.

Scientific Games Corporation (NASDAQ: SGMS) 21.7% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.24, ex-items, 6 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenue for the quarter was $239.1 million, which compares to the estimate of $237.88 million. The stock was also downgraded to Market Perform at William Blair.

PrivateBancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: PVTB) 15.4% LOWER; yesterday morning reported a Q3 loss of $0.68, versus the analyst estimate of $0.08. Interest income for the quarter was $125.69 million, versus $109.81 million for the same quarter 2008. Also announced a $175 million common stock offering. The stock fell nearly 37% today and is continuing lower today.

China Technology Development Group Corporation (Nasdaq: CTDC) 15.3% HIGHER; announced that the Company has entered into a Stock Purchase Agreement with China Technology Solar Power Holdings Limited and its direct and indirect shareholders to acquire a 51% equity interest and become the major shareholder of CTSPHL Group. Owens & Minor (NYSE: OMI) 13.4% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.83, 12 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.71. Revenue for the quarter was $2.03 billion, which compares to the estimate of $2.03 billion. Reaffirms forecast.

Insulet Corporation (NASDAQ: PODD) 13% HIGHER; reports a Q3 loss of $0.88, 18 cents worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.70). Revenue for the quarter was $18.7 million, which compares to the estimate of $16.76 million. The Company is updating full year 2009 revenue guidance and now expects revenue for the full year 2009 to be in the range of $64 to $66 million, compared to previous guidance of $58 to $65 million. (Consensus is $62.49M) The Company is also updating full year 2009 operating loss guidance and now expects an operating loss in the range of $58 to $60 million for the full year 2009, compared to previous guidance of $55 to $60 million. Baidu, Inc. (Nasdaq: BIDU) 13.1% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $2.16, ex-items, versus the analyst estimate of $1.81. Revenue for the quarter was $187.3 million, which compares to the estimate of $187.79 million. Sees Q4 sales of $174-$180 million, versus the consensus of $202.9 million.

Zoran Corporation (NASDAQ: ZRAN) 13% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.17, cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.04. Revenue for the quarter was $115.5 million, which compares to the estimate of $109.19 million. Sees Q4 loss of $0.00-$0.07, versus $0.01 EPS. Sees Q4 revenues of $91-$95 million, versus the consensus of $108 million.

Heidrick and Struggles International, Inc. (NASDAQ: HSII) 12.8% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.25, versus the analyst estimate of $0.08. lululemon athletica inc. (NASDAQ: LULU) 8.9% HIGHER; raised its third quarter guidance, reflecting stronger than anticipated net revenues for the quarter. For the third quarter of fiscal 2009, the Company now expects diluted earnings per share to be in the range of $0.17 to $0.19 as compared to its previous guidance range for diluted earnings per share of $0.11 to $0.13. The Company now expects net revenue to be in the range of $110 million to $112 million for the third quarter of fiscal 2009. This compares to the Company’s previous guidance of net revenue in the range of $95 million to $100 million for the quarter, and compares to net revenue of $87.0 million for the third quarter of fiscal 2008. Comparable-store sales for the third quarter of fiscal 2009 are expected to reflect a high-single digit increase on a constant-dollar basis compared to the third quarter of fiscal 2008.

Celanese Corp (NYSE: CE) 8.8% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.58, cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.43. Revenue for the quarter was $1.30 billion, which compares to the estimate of $1.26 billion.

Mindspeed Technologies (NASDAQ: MSPD) 8.4% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.00, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.02). Revenue for the quarter was $34.7 million, which compares to the estimate of $34.62 million. Sees Q1 revenues $36.1-$37.5, versus the consensus of $35.3 million. Sees Q1 gross margin 62.5%-63%.

G&K Services (NASDAQ: GKSR) 8.2% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.22, 3 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.19. Revenue for the quarter was $208.13 million, which compares to the estimate of $214 million.

Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: HTZ) 8.1% HIGHER; increased its adjusted diluted earnings per share guidance more than 40% to $0.21-$0.23 for the full year 2009. The prior guidance was $0.12-$0.15. The consensus is $0.17. The company raised its revenue guidance to $7.0-$7.1 billion, versus $6.7-$7 billion and the consensus of $7 billion. The Annualized 2009 Cost Savings guidance as also raised to $620 million from $570 million.
