Lazard Ltd (NYSE: LAZ) today announced that its Board of Directors has voted to declare a quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share, or $0.50 annualized.
The dividend is payable on November 27, 2009, to stockholders of record on November 6, 2009. The ex-dividend date is November 4, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 1.3%.
