RHI Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ: RHIE) announced that Jeffrey Bloomberg has joined the company's Board of Directors. With Mr. Bloomberg's appointment, a majority of RHI's Board is now comprised of independent directors, satisfying all applicable NASDAQ Stock Market listing standards.
