Jefferies initiates coverage on shares of Mercury Computer (NASDAQ: MRCY) with a Buy rating and $23 price target. The firm reports that the company has been doing a great job on winning sales bids gaining about 4-6% in market growth and near-term revenue growth of 10%. The company has the ability to adapt and grow as fast as as technology is build, this being the main reason why Jefferies believes that they will continue to have success. Their FY11 and FY12 EPS estimates are set at $0.77 and $0.80.
