Jefferies initiates coverage on Caribou Coffee (NASDAQ: CBOU) with a Buy rating and a price target of $14. The firm is expecting the company to make improvements to their current retail coffeehouses, specifically in unit volume sales, along with an increase in the amount business the company does in the consumer packaged goods market. Those two, combined with adding additional retail locations internationally and domestically, Jefferies estimating CBOU will grow by 25-20% over the next to years. The firms FY10-12 EPS/revenue estimates are $0.26/$280.6M, $0.36/$301.2M, and $0.46/$329.5M.
