Illinois Tool Works Inc. (NYSE: ITW) today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.31 cents per share or $1.24 annualized.
This dividend will be paid on Tuesday, January 12, 2010 to stockholders of record on Thursday, December 31, 2009. The ex-dividend date is December 29, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 2.6%.
