Hospitality Properties Trust (NYSE: HPT) announced a regular quarterly dividend of $0.77 per common share ($3.08 per share per year). This regular quarterly dividend will be paid to common shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 15, 2008 and distributed on or about November 17, 2008.
Hospitality Properties Trust (HPT) is a real estate investment trust (REIT). As of December 31, 2007, the Company owned 292 hotels with 43,223 rooms or suites, and 185 travel centers.[SM]
