Hormel Foods Corp. (NYSE: HRL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per common share, or $0.84 annualized. The prior dividend was $0.19 per common share, so the boost represents a 15% increase.
The quarterly dividend will be paid February 15, 2010, to stockholders of record at the close of business on January 23, 2010. The ex-dividend date is January 2010.
Yield on the dividend is 2.1%.
