The Hertz Corporation (NYSE: HTZ) has selected Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (NYSE: ACS) to provide learning process outsourcing services to meet Hertz' human resource transformational objectives on a global basis.
Under the five-year contract, ACS will provide curriculum redesign and management as well as content development and delivery; learning administration; managed learning technology and vendor management within a shared services environment. The contract was reflected in ACS' fourth quarter fiscal year 2008 results.
Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. provides business process outsourcing and information technology services to commercial and government clients. [SM]
