Heritage-Crystal Clean (Nasdaq: HCCI) has filed an amended registration statement with the SEC for an initial public offering of its common stock. The Company is offering 1,740,000 shares and expects the offering price to be between $10.50-$12.50 per share. The Company plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol "HCCI".
The offering is being made through William Blair & Company and Piper Jaffray.
Heritage-Crystal Clean is seen as the second largest provider of parts cleaning services in the U.S. and a leading provider of containerized waste services targeting small and mid-sized customers. Within the industrial and hazardous waste services market, the company focuses on parts cleaning, containerized waste, used oil and vacuum services.
