The IPO for Heritage-Crystal Clean (Nasdaq: HCCI) is having a strong day. The stock is trading at $14.19 after pricing 1.914 million shares at $11.50, the middle of the expected $10.50-$12.50 range.
The offering is being made through William Blair & Company and Piper Jaffray.
Heritage-Crystal Clean is seen as the second largest provider of parts cleaning services in the U.S. and a leading provider of containerized waste services targeting small and mid-sized customers. Within the industrial and hazardous waste services market, the company focuses on parts cleaning, containerized waste, used oil and vacuum services.
