Goldman Sachs initiates coverage on Northern Teir Energy Inc (NYSE: NTI) with a Buy. PT $26.00.

Analyst, Arjun N. Murti, said, "Northern Tier is a first-of-its-kind, variable distribution refiner MLP. The company is highly leveraged to our bullish MidCon outlook and, in particular, “north of Cushing” Bakken area crude oil discounts via its St. Paul Park (Minnesota) refining and logistics system. We have a favorable view of Northern Tier’s management team, MLP structure, and corresponding commitment to return “available cash” to unit holders."
