Goldman Sachs resumes coverage on Symantec (NASDAQ: SYMC) with a Neutral rating and $19 price target.

The firm said growth will remain sluggish as the stronger areas of the business (DLP, Authentication, Mobile, etc.) are not large enough to offset mature segments facing secular headwinds. Goldman also sees risks to the company's highly profitable consumer business.
