Goldman Sachs resumes coverage on The Macerich Company (NYSE: MAC) with a Neutral. PT $61.00.
Analyst, Andrew Rosivach, said, "We find Macerich to have a middle-of-the-road growth profile with an in-line valuation to match. Our five-year FFO growth rate for MAC of 35.7% is near the sector average of 38%. Macerich is assisted by A mall secular NOI growth and refinance savings. However, MAC does face the initial headwind of the term out of floating rate debt anticipated in the latter half of 2012."
