The firm comments, "A mature retailer with over 1,000 stores, ARO has traditionally
been positioned as the “value” player in the teen segment, primarily competing with other on-mall teen retailers ANF and AEO in addition to off-mall value players (Old Navy, Rue 21, TJX) and discounters."
