Goldman Sachs reinstates coverage on AOL, Inc. (NYSE: AOL) with a Neutral. PT $33.00.

Analyst, Heath P. Terry, said, "...rate it Neutral as strategies to improve monetization are scaling effectively throughout its platforms. This should offset negatives including declining access revenues, stagnant consumer engagement and a lack of traffic growth, against a backdrop of increasing competition and continuous disruption in the space. While we continue to believe AOL will benefit from the substantial growth in online advertising, the economics of online content creation remain in question, limiting the share price upside from capital allocation efforts and stabilizing growth and profitability."
