Global Payments Inc. (NYSE: GPN) announced today that its board of directors approved fiscal 2010 first quarter dividend of $0.02 per common share, or $0.08 annualized.
The dividend is payable November 30, 2009 to shareholders of record as of November 16, 2009. The ex-dividend date is November 12, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 0.2%.
