An analyst at Gleacher & Company this morning initiated coverage on Research In Motion (Nasdaq: RIMM), Motorola Mobility (NYSE: MMI) and Nokia (NYSE: NOK).

The firm started Research In Motion at Buy, and both Motorola and Nokia at Neutral.

Gleacher set an $80 price target on RIM shares, a $27 target on Motorola and a $7.50 price target on shares of Nokia.

Shares of RIM are up 1.9% to $61.99 in pre-market action; shares of Motorola and Nokia are both up 3.5% to $25.90 and $8.30, respectively.
