Gabelli & Co initiates coverage on Ormat Technologies (NYSE: ORA) with a Buy.
Gabelli analyst says, "We are initiating our coverage with a Buy recommendation, and believe Ormat's vertically integrated strategy, which allows it to sell its geothermal turbines as well as own and operate its own plants, provides investors with broad exposure to the geothermal market; in 2009, we estimate the company will generate $133mm in EBITDA (33.6% margin) on revenue of $395mm.
