Ensco International Incorporated (NYSE: ESV) announced that the Company's Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.025 per share of Ensco common stock. The cash dividend will be paid on September 19, 2008, to stockholders of record on September 8, 2008.
