DA Davidson initiates coverage on Nike (NYSE: NKE) with a Buy. PT $129.00.

Analyst, Andrew Burns, said, "Given NIKE’s leadership position, recent fundamental strength, track record of creating shareholder value, and long-term growth potential, we view its premium valuation as justified. We see share appreciation with earnings growth as the company executes on its global growth strategy."

"We are introducing F3Q12 revenue and EPS estimates of $5.821 billion and $1.19. Our FY12 and FY13 estimates are $24.232 billion and $5.01 and $26.938 billion and $6.04, respectively. Our calendar year 2013 EPS estimate is $6.46."
