Cowen & Co resumes coverage on Limited Brands (NYSE: LTD) with an Outperform.
Cowen analyst says, "We are resuming coverage of Limited Brands with an Outperform rating. We see value in its industry-leading concepts, Victoria's Secret and Bath & Body Works, and believe that low expectations and a strong capital structure will improve shareholder value over the next 12 months. Ample cash flow should preserve the $0.60 annual dividend, which provides a yield over 7%. With the shares hovering near the 52-week low, we believe that a worst-case scenario is already priced into the stock."
Limited Brands, Inc. sells women’s intimate apparel, personal care and beauty products, women’s and men’s apparel and accessories.
