Market Vectors Coal ETF (NYSE: KOL) made a nice move higher today, gaining over 4 percent. The move was led by CONSOL Energy Inc. (NYSE: CNX) which is higher by close to 6 percent. Peabody Energy Corp. (NYSE: BTU) is also higher by nearly 6 percent today. Year-to-date, KOL is lower by 29.56 percent.
