Analyst Steven Halper commented, "We initiate coverage of HealthStream, Inc. with a Neutral rating and $27 PT in 12 months. The company provides e-learning software and services to hospitals via its workforce development segment. With a strong track record in workforce solutions, the company has moved into provider solutions (including credentialing, enrollment and privileging) and patient experience solutions (including surveys and data analysis). The company has been very focused on establishing partnerships and completing acquisitions to broaden its footprint and drive higher average revenue per implemented subscriber (referred to as ARIS)."
