The firm said, "In our view, Youbet is proving that its customers are somewhat sticky and that it is a viable stand-alone entity longer term or worth acquiring as/when the industry consolidates. There is still industry related risk related to horsemen disagreements and state regulation, but enough potential upsides exist to offset those risks at the current share price."
