Brean Murray assumes coverage of Commscope (NYSE: CTV) with a Buy rating and a $72 price target.
The firm said, "We view CommScope as an ideal way to play the trends of increasing wireless data usage and bandwidth consumption, and global wireless infrastructure market growth. We expect the company to derive earnings improvement from the acquired wireless assets of Andrew. We consider management’s 2008 forecast conservative."
