Benchmark initiates coverage on Exactech Inc (NASDAQ: EXAC) with a Buy. PT $21.00.
Analyst, James Terwilliger, said, "We believe that the total worldwide market for orthopedic products is in excess of $30 billion...We believe that EXAC has a diversified product offering that includes knees, hips, extremities, spine and biologics. In terms of 2011 revenue, knee implants represented 39%, hip implants represented 16%, biologics and spine represented 12%, extremities represented 19% and Other products represented 13%. We believe that this diversified product mix makes EXAC an attractive acquisition candidate."
