Barclays reinstated coverage on NRG Yield (NYSE: NYLD) with a Equalweight rating and a price target of $41.00, representing 7% total return.
Analyst Gregg Orrill commented, "NYLD is targeting 5-year dividend growth of 10-15% and dropdowns over the coming months are catalysts, but the stock trades at 13.0x '15 EBITDA. We like the contracted cash flows, mix of renewable and gas assets, and growth backlog NYLD offers, however, investors have bid it up 43% (33% vs the S&P 500) since the day after the IPO July 17, 2013."
