American Reprographics Company (NYSE: ARP) announced the acquisition of the assets of The Blueprint Company (TBC), a major provider of reproduction, document management and related services to the architectural, engineering and construction industry in Hawaii. The acquisition extends ARC's presence into a premiere tropical design center, and a market well-known for supplying Eastern Asia with design- and construction-related services.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
