Industrial Services of America, Inc. (NASDAQ: IDSA) 17.8% HIGHER; announced financial guidance for the third quarter of 2009. Based on actual results and projected trends, the Company said third quarter basic and diluted earnings are expected to be in the range of $0.53 to $0.57 per share. Basic and diluted earnings for the third quarter of 2008 were $.36 per share.
Zhone Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZHNE) 11.2% HIGHER; reports a Q3 loss of $0.01, in-line with estimates. Revenues were $36.0 million vs. $32.66 million consensus.
SanDisk Corp. (NASDAQ: SNDK) 10.1% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.75 adjusted, versus the analyst estimate of $0.26. Revenue for the quarter was $935 million, which compares to the estimate of $787.94 million.
Drugstore.com (NASDAQ: DSCM) 9.3% HIGHER; reports Q3 loss of $0.02, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of (0.04). Revenue for the quarter was $96.8 million, which compares to the estimate of $94 million. Drugstore.com sees Q4 sales $107-$110, versus the consensus of $125 million. Sees Q4 loss of $1.8-$2.8 million.
Benihana Inc. (NASDAQ: BNHNA) 7% LOWER; reports total restaurant sales decreased 0.9% to $69.0 million in the second fiscal quarter 2010 from $69.6 million in the second fiscal quarter 2009. For the second fiscal quarter 2010, Company-wide comparable restaurant sales were (9.9%), including (12.2%) at Benihana teppanyaki, 0.2% at RA Sushi, and (14.3%) at Haru.
SLM Corp. (NYSE: SLM) 6.7% HIGHER; reports Q3 core EPS of $0.26, which may not compare to the the analyst estimate of $0.04.
Intuitive Surgical (NASDAQ: ISRG) 6.5% LOWER; reports Q3 GAAP EPS of $1.64,than the analyst estimate of $1.48. Revenue for the quarter was $280.1 million, which compares to the estimate of $258.2 million.

Polycom, Inc. (NASDAQ: PLCM) 5% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.31 non-GAAP, versus the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter was $243 million, which compares to the estimate of $236 million.
NuVasive, Inc. (NASDAQ: NUVA) 3.9% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.28, ex-items, which may not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter was $94.9 million, which compares to the estimate of $92.90 million. Raises its FY09 sales guidance from $360-$365 million to $365-$367 million, versus the consensus of $364.12 million. Adj-EPS move from $0.25-$0.27 to $0.27-$0.30, which compares to the Street estimate of $0.26.
Manhattan Associates (NASDAQ: MANH) 3.7% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.43, which may not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter was $65.3 million, which compares to the estimate of $60 million. Manhattan Associates suspends forecast for the rest of the the year.
Cree Inc. (NASDAQ: CREE) 3.6% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.30, 8 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter was $169.1 million, which compares to the estimate of $ million. Cree sees Q2 EPS of $0.28-$0.30, versus the consensus of $0.23. Sees revenues of $180-$190, versus the consensus of $173.2 million.
STMicroelectronics (NYSE: STM) 3.6% HIGHER; reports Q3 adj-loss of $0.17, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.09). Revenue for the quarter was $2.275 billion, which compares to the estimate of $2.25 billion. Sees Q4 sales up 5-12% vs Q3.
