Shares are up about 13 percent following an 8.3 percent gain yesterday. Shares are up 43 percent since May 24th, when a spike in volume pushed shares above the $3 level.
Nothing specific on the stock is out. Shares are still trading above their 50-day SMA, at about $3.14 as of Thursday's close.
Vringo entered a merger agreement on May 14th with Innovate/Protect.
