Clean Diesel Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: CDTI) is seeing notable upside Friday as traders pick up on news announced from June 12 that The World Health Organization said diesel exhaust causes cancer. They called for tighter emissions standards, and compared diesel exhaust to second-hand cigarette smoke.
