Eastman Kodak (EK) Rips, May Be in Talks with PE Firms for Financing
Eastman Kodak (NYSE: EK) is ripping this afternoon following rumors it may be in talks with private equity firms Silverpoint and Cerberus over $900 million in financing. The talks were mentioned on CNBC a little while ago. No official word has been released by the company.
Shares are up nearly 10 percent on the rumor.
