Citadel LP Discloses 5.4% Stake in Copernic (CNIC) (Formerly Mamma.com)

In a 13G filing on Copernic Inc. (Nasdaq: CNIC), formerly Mamma.com (Nasdaq: MAMA), Citadel LP disclosed a 5.4% stake (785,712 shares) in the company.

Copernic Inc. is a leading provider of award winning search technology for both the Web and desktop space delivered through its properties, such as www.mamma.com and www.copernic.com.

According to Stockpickr.com, Citadel Investment Group is a $20 billion dollar Chicago-based hedge fund founded by billionaire trader Kenneth C. Griffin, and is one of the world\\\'s largest hedge funds. The firm is known for its daily trading volume, which amounts to 1-2% of daily trading activity in New York and Tokyo.
