BT plc (NYSE: BT) Flat today after yesterday's 20% pop when the company and WorldGate Communications Inc. (Nasdaq: WGAT) announced they have entered into an agreement providing for BT's purchase of WorldGate's Ojo(TM) Shadow personal video phones for resale to customers around the world. The agreement provides for BT to begin selling Ojo immediately in conjunction with the launch of BT's Club Complete platform.
Parlux Fragrances Inc. (Nasdaq: PARL) 5.7% lower after yesterday's 5.7% move higher on no significant news, but traders continue to weigh the validity of CEO Ilia Lekach's bid. Today, the Parlux Committee announced it does not believe it is prudent for Parlux to move forward to consider the transaction with the significant financial and other contingencies contained in the Proposal.
Fonar Corp. (Nasdaq: FONR) Down 11.6% after yesterday's 76% jump higher after the company said it has been awarded a contract from the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, part of the Defense Logistics Agency of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), to supply the FONAR Upright MRI scanner and related line of MR products.
Lindsay Manufacturing Co. (NYSE: LNN) Flat today after yesterday's 15.4% move higher when the company reported Q3 EPS of $0.55 per share compared to $0.32 per diluted share, in the prior year's third quarter. Q3 revenues were $75.0 million compared with $56.0 million for the year-ago period.
Jos. A Bank Clothiers Inc. (Nasdaq: JOSB) Down 1% today after yesterday's 10.3% pop higher when Ryan Beck upgraded the stock from Market Perform to Outperform with a $35 price target.
Life Time Fitness Inc. (NYSE: LTM) Down 1.3% after 8.9% move higher when Banc of America upgraded the stock from Neutral to Buy with a $50 price target.
